Overview:  When Derse faced unprecedented demand requiring rapid production expansion, they turned to Idea Tree Events to serve as Lead Event Producer for RS Connect 2024—leveraging a long-standing partnership with Derse that dates back to 2017. This multi-day conference brought together 700 attendees for a comprehensive program featuring curated lodging, catering, entertainment, networking receptions, exhibit halls, and breakout sessions.  Additionally, Idea Tree provided strategic recommendations to enhance attendee engagement and overall experience.  

Approach:    Idea Tree Events embedded seamlessly within Derse's operations, serving as the central hub for all venue and vendor communications to eliminate silos and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Through disciplined weekly planning sessions, the team maintained rigorous budget control and timeline adherence while delivering strategic recommendations that elevated attendee engagement and enriched the overall experience.

Outcome: RS Connect 2024 exceeded expectations across all metrics. The production team received high praise from both leadership and attendees.  Post-event surveys revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback on programming and experience quality. Attendee engagement surpassed benchmarks, organic social interaction flourished throughout the event, and the success has catalyzed planning for future iterations.
